Depth Training

Join us for a relaxing day of freediving!

To join these sessions, you need to have taken a freediving course with a depth component (e.g. our Discover Depth course or a Molchanovs Wave 1 or equivalent course).

We have 2 options:

• Coached - A coach will guide you through the session, providing feedback and helping you to improve your technique.
• Buddy - You will buddy up with another experienced freediver and safety each other. For this option, both divers must have at least Molchanovs Wave 2 certification or equivalent.

* If you need to reschedule your booking at the last minute (within 48 hours before the trip) for non-medical reasons, a charge of $40 will apply. 

A note on rescheduling - We offer the flexibility to reschedule your depth training dates should the need arise. However, we have a few guidelines:

1. Limit on Schedule Changes: We allow a maximum of two (2) rescheduling requests, within a year of the original training date.

2. Proactive Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, please check the dates available and contact us to reschedule.
